Well we are coming to the end of the month and so to the end of our SALE, there are ONLY 5 days left(sale ends Saturday) so again if there was any Christmas items that you fancied last year but didn’t pick up then this is your last chance to get it HALF PRICE!

There is a load of new cuttlebug Embossing Folders in stock, a new range of stationery goods and our Sizzix dies and embossing folders will be in by the end of the week.

Drop ins this week are on Tuesday 26th as always 1-4pm and then this week is our late night drop in on Thursday 28th 6-9pm.

Workshops this week we have Parchment on Wednesday 27th 10-1pm With Helena only a couple of spaces left. And then Saturday 30th 11-1pm we have a General card making workshop with Yvonne showing you some great new ideas for cards for all occasions. Also on Saturday 30th we have the second of our rolling demonstrations(a short  repeated demo on all day so you can just pop in when you have time to see what is going on) this one is Ideas for your big shot machine! If you have or are thinking about getting one this will show you great things you can do using your machine. Well this week to start with we have our Tuesday drop-in session as always from 1-4.30pm and then on Saturday we have the first of our Scrapbooking workshops with Marita Soutar. Marita is a very talented crafter who has been scrapbooking for many years. The class will run 11am-2pm, starting with the basics in this class and then advancing as the year goes on, we intended this to be a course of classes deciding in each class what you would like to do in the next one and so on.NB you must book for this class in advance. Thank you!  And also on Saturday there is a drop-in in the afternoon 1pm-4.30pm. And remember the CHRISTMAS STOCK SALE is still on 50% off anything Christmas it is going fast but there are still a lot of goodies to be had so hurry on down.

Well hopefully this is the beginning of the big thaw and we can get back to some kind of normality.

We have had to cancel our demo on Wednesday but the rolling demo on Saturday will still be going ahead. Also this week is the first of our Late night Thursday drop-ins so come along and join in with some fun 6-9pm.

We have a new page on this website which is the gallery, if you look at the toolbar at the top of this page you will see the word ‘gallery’ just click on it to see some fab photos of some of our cards made by staff and customers.

There is a couple of changes to the calendar and workshop events flyer. The rolling demo on the 30th January may be changed and the Mini Wedding fair on the 6th of February will now be on the 6th of March but if there are any other changes we will keep you informed.

We have a whole new range of SOUTHFIELD spring background papers, pyramage sheets and also a new range called ‘No Stamp Required’ which are A4 sheets of beautiful images in black and white for you to colour to your own taste and cut out to make your own toppers, so pop along and have a look.

We are no longer doing the Craft Club as such but we are now offering a loyalty card in its place so the club extends to everyone. It works on the system of every full ten pounds you spend in a single transaction you will recieve a stamp on your card, when you have filled your card (it takes 30 stamps) we will give you a £30 voucher. Only a full card can be redeemed against a voucher.

The new demo and workshop list is out in the shop and also on line if you just click on NEWS on the home page then click on EVENTS on the toolbar it will take you to our live calendar which is updated every week. We have kept 2009 prices for the workshops and we are now offering a 10% off voucher to each customer that books into one, which is redeemable on the date of that workshop. All demos are now free! There are two types now First is a “rolling demo” which is an all day demo which is repeated continuously so that you can just drop in when you get the chance and you will be able to catch what is going on and the Second is an hour and a half demo which MUST be booked due to space limits.
