This week we have our two drop-ins, the first one is on Tuesday 30th March 1-4.30 pm and then on Saturday 3rd April at the same time 1-4.30pm- remember anyone is welcome to come along and join in, it is FREE and a nice relaxing and fun way to spend an afternoon, if you have the time to spare.

On Wednesday 31st April we have our monthly parchment workshop with Helena and there are still a couple of spaces left so if you would like to give it a try then please phone the shop on 0131 654 4302 and we will book you in. The workshop runs for 3 hours (10-1pm) and costs £15.

And finally, if we don’t see you before it comes around we would like to wish you A HAPPY EASTER!

N.B  We are open on GOOD FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND EASTER MONDAY at the normal times of 10-5pm.

This week we have our usual drop-in on Tuesday 26th March 1-4.30pm all are welcome to come along and join in or just watch and pick up new ideas and techniques from other crafters. The same goes for our late drop-in which is 6-9pm on Thursday 28th.

A reminder to all of you who have booked in to see Douglas McKay (the palmist) on Wednesday 27th PLEASE be here before 11am so we can get you all seated before he begins. This consultation group is now fully booked so sorry to anyone who has missed out.

Saturdays 27th rolling demo this week will be on quick, simple but elegant ideas for making Wedding Stationery so if you or someone you know is thinking about making their own stationery then feel free to pop along and watch the demo and we will answer any questions you have. This demo was previously supposed to be on decoupage and if any of you again have questions or would like to also see this demonstrated then just ask!

We are working on the new events program at the moment so if you have any suggestions on what type of different workshops or demonstrations you would like to see then please do get in touch. We are hoping to have the program in the shop for the end of March to give everyone plenty of time to decide on which workshops or demonstrations they would like to book into. Included will be evening classes since the lighter nights are on the way and  calligraphy workshops for beginners.

Thursday 11th March - Late night drop-in. Same as Tuesday but on in the evening 6 - 9 pm. FREE!

Saturday 13th March - Rolling demonstration on Cards for men. Get some new ideas for making male themed cards. On all day between 10 am and 4.30 pm so drop in anytime. FREE!

We have a wide range of gifts on the shelves also so if you are looking for a gift for Mother’s Day then why not have a browse while you are in.

We have just got on our shelves Southfield’s Prototype perspective flooring and wall covering background papers great for making scenes to add toppers of people to. Also we have a large range of Martha Stewart new punches in, the designs are beautiful and unique and very hardy can be used on both paper and most card(some coated cards are too tough for any punches but can be used with cuttlebugs and sizzix). There is now a large range of alcohol inks and Distress inks on the shelves now and we will shortly be getting in some of Tim Holts NEW Sizzix dies in so watch this space.

There is our usual drop-in on Today 2nd March 1pm-4.30pm and then this Saturday coming the 6th March we have a busy day firstly we have our Photography surgery 10am-12noon, then we have a drop-in in the afternoon 1pm-4.30pm and also in the afternoon there is a wedding stationery workshop which is from 2pm-4pm which will involve embossing, layering and card design so if you are interested please call 0131 654 4302  as all workshops must please be book in advance.
